1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (eBooks, downloads, or other digital files) are final.
Once your purchase is completed and the download link or file has been delivered, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
Because digital products cannot be returned or “un-downloaded,” we do not offer refunds for:

2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued in the rare case of:

3. No Chargebacks Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide proof of digital delivery to the payment processor.
